I got a pork quesadilla which says sour cream and guacamole included on the menu and they said it was extra? I even showed the... manager the menu and tried telling me it was because I got rice and beans when that?s what they offered me. Went to Have lunch with the family and I gotta tell everyone-this was the last time. The beans, both black and pinto, were a... freakin soup! Gross. Drain your beans people!! The sweet pork was a soup as well. As a former owner of a Costa Vida I can tellyou their line prep was complete trash. Drain your pork!! My pork burrito was a souped mess. My nieces pork quesadillas couldnot even be held, had to be eaten with a fork. The Tres Leches was disgusting. About 1inch thick cake with 2 inches ofdisintegrating whip cream - didn?t put strawberries on it. I should demanded my money back. Read more
Food as usual was good for our Party, but it seemed half the crew didn't want be there and the other half were having too much... fun in the last hour of being open. Not only was the food sub-par, but the employee serving us didn?t understand English and had no idea what I was saying when I... tried to find out what ingredients were in the rice and other sides. I have a few food allergies and I had to look online foradvice on what I could eat. Shameful the employee couldn?t help me. Even if he had helped me though, I still wouldn?t go back,food was not worth my time. Read more
This Café Río was so accommodating this past time that we went. They were really fantastic. When the original order on the app... didn't go through for a large group, I resubmitted it and they got to work, getting the order done faster than the apppredicted. Also, they came out and offered us two free drinks while we were waiting. AND when a bag broke on our way to thetruck, they quickly remade the two meals that had spilled. AAAAND, we needed a little bit of pebble ice and they were kindenough to give us some and even boxed it up for us. Some young women that were waiting for the food were very grateful for theburritos, tacos, and salads, but also for the Italian sodas for which we used the pebble ice. This was customer service, forsure. They were fantastic. We will definitely eat at this Cafe Rio again. Read more
Don?t listen to the 1.5 yelp review. They are all HATERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best, most friendliest, most embracing... cafe rio employees i have ever seen. They?re efficiency was immaculate. Their kindness made me feel appreciated. They caredabout making my food how I wanted it, and it was perfect. They deserve the world. We came in 30 minutes before closing and theyserved us with no hesitation or disappointment in of our presence. They wanted us there. They are my hero. They all deserveraises. Read more
Just a frustrated hungry out of towner here. I googled open restaurants and their listed closing time says 11pm. I showed up to... the restaurant to a sign with modified times showing a 10:30pm closing time. It was 10:15? doors were locked with employeescleaning up. Just close when you say you are going to close. Service everywhere has gone downhill and I know owners/managers arehaving a tough time. It doesn?t take much to impress a customer these days. Restaurant was filthy, tables were extremely dirty (had to wipe down my own table, and the one I chose was the least dirty of... them all: still very dirty) and there were flies inside of the restaurant. Staff seemed to be oblivious to all of these issues.Chance are high that I will not return to this location again. Read more
