It?s genuinely hard to find good customer service at 8:30 am, especially on a Saturday. Not that I blame anyone! That?s so early... to be awake and ready to help people with a smile! I LOVE this crumbl. I drive between Logan and Vernal multiple times a monthand always stop here to get a treat. They?re always so excellent and I love the cookies so much! Figured I should finally do areview, especially for whatever girl was helping customers this morning! I didn?t catch her name, but she had dark brown hairback in a ponytail. But everyone was so kind the second I walked through the door and seemed happy and ready to go even thoughit?s early on a Saturday and they?ve probably already been there for a long time getting things ready. Great service.. Sadie and Sydney was very helpful! Best morning staff ever. We had a gathering and this was perfect for the... event. I?m the best for bringing these by far, plus I didn?t have to shave away bringing something like others did. Make sureyou get a cookie cutter!!! You know it?s going to be split so you might want to do professionally with this handy dandy cookiecutter.. also make sore you squeeze the lime on the cookies with it. The shop is beautiful and clean. My first time at any Crumbl store. I really wanted to try an expensive cookie and was hoping... for a melt in my mouth, explosion of goodness but was disappointed. All it seemed to me was an oversized, overpriced, regularchocolate chip cookie. Sorry to say. I guess I?d better stay away from cookies! Crumbl is a RIOT! LOL!!!! These cookies are massive, full of everything I shouldn?t be eating at 10pm, and are just delicious!!... The staff is so kind and they really make a cookie that is second to none. I hope you enjoy them the way I did! Read more
That blue mint cookie was incredible! The mint reminded me of Baskin Robins mint ice cream. The cream cheese on the pumpkin was... to die for. The sugar cookie and chocolate chip were good. Wish I would have gotten the chocolate. Read more
We decided to treat ourselves with cookies and ice cream on Monday (1/18/21) afternoon. We ordered ours curbside pickup, pulled... up, and watched our cookies and ice cream being put together! The kids loved being able to see theirs being frosted. The girlwho brought us ours ended up making 2 trips and was very friendly about it! We will continue to go back. Read more
