Great fast service and good pizza. Friendly staff. Way better than little Ceasars. And they have a truck friendly drive through.
Service here has been increasingly bad. I almost always pick up at the drive-thru window now and the guys working the front are... getting in a bad habit of ignoring whoever is in the drive-thru. These guys will deal with people inside, then the phones, thenprep the delivery drivers stuff, THEN post labels on the boxes, BEFORE going to the window. All the while, my order is sittingunder that heat lamp, slowly losing its quality. And I still gotta drive home without one of those heater pizza deliveryboxes. I don?t understand why it takes 30 minutes to ?quality check? a pizza. But by the time it gets here it?s nasty and dried out.... I?m really getting annoyed with tipping 20% for this service. And probably most likely won?t be doing it from now on. Whoeverruns the night crew needs to run a tighter ship, or this place is going to end up like pizza hut. Also Travis shouldn?t bemanaging anything, if he is indeed actually a manager. Find a way to hire more drivers or close your doors. And DON?T blame thecustomers for your lack of staff. I used to pick Pizza Hut over Domino?s. Not so much anymore.. Domino?s has upped their game over the last number of years.. not... only quality, but great selection of non pizza items Read more

Ordered using the app. After 45 minutes the tracker was still in the ?prep? stage. I called in and they were not even getting... the food ready (supposedly because of an address issue, although I indicated it was a hotel and wrote the name of the hotel.They had my cellphone and never called, so I am assuming it was a straight lie based in previous reviews). Really appreciate how hard these guys try and keep up with demands always brought us good looking pizza and tasty too. Only... thing I wish that could be offered is out of their hands so it can't effect their rating, however I wouldn't mind seeing morelocal deals offered considering how monopolized the area of Heber City is for them.
