Paid top dollar for our favorite meal. Got home and didn't have all the sides we ordered. Called to see what they could do for... us. They said there wasn't anything they could do unless we wanted to drive back right now with our recipe. I give customerservice a big zero. Read more
Ordered 3 buckets of chicken thru doordash and they only gave 2 buckets. I called them and asked, the manager apologized for... mislooking the order but told me that the only way to deliver another 1 bucket was thru doordash again which i didnt agree sincei have to pay for the fees again and it was their mistake. I asked for refund then she told me to contact doordash because theycant issue a refund. It was their mistake but didnt do anything about it. Read more
The absolute worst fast food restaurant I've been to. I don't think they change their oil because everything on the kfc side has... that off taste. Orders are consistently wrong, and it takes upwards of 30 minutes to get through the line, not that it's everlong enough to justify that. Read more
This is a KFC/Taco Bell. I stopped by at around 8pm and waited in line for 10 or 15 minutes. When I got to the front, I was told... the KFC side was closed ... what the?! Absolutely love KFC, if you get a large order they can be slow, but then again you got a big order so that's a given. This store... exemplifies the wonderful food chain to which it belongs. Read more
