They are low on staff so their solution is to close down the lobby and do drive through only. I am not sure what everyone else... thinks but that is a terrible management strategy. However, it is a great way to deter customers, good job guys! Read more

Very bad experience today. I placed my order online and when I went in, they tell me that one of the soups I orders is out of... season. Why is the website not updated if the menu is seasonal? They offered a replacement soup or a refund. Nothing interestedme so I asked for a refund. My order was two soups at $8.99 plus tax. When getting the refund I noticed that they rang up a$6.99 soup to put back on my card. I mentioned it, and the cashier started telling me how they cannot refund the ssame amountbecause it's an online order. Three people it took to try to figure out how to refund $8.99 and they failed. One even tried torefund me $6.99 plus tax and then $2.00 tax free, which isn't the right amount. So now I'm in Kneaders trying to explain a $0.04difference and feeling like a jerk because these poor girls can't figure it out. You've done poor job of setting your employeesup for success. And the cauliflower cheese soup we did get was just okay. Read more

Not just this location but all Kneaders locations needs to let you get however many pieces of French toast. Just because you go... through the drive through and pay the same as you would inside, you shouldn?t be limited to just a couple pieces. If you pay thesame you should get as many as you want. Your website is the reason you got 1 star. Your instore experience was very very disappointing and upsetting. My first time... going to your establishment. I went in for breakfast at a little after 10 am, on a Monday, I first speak to Kristin who I askedabout dine in and she said just place your order here, I asked for a menu she continues with the prices are not up-to-date. Idecided on French toast, and asked about your variety of teas, she looks at me like she didn't know what I was talking about. Andrew came over and told her to sign in to another register and I now have to start the ordering process over, again orders theFrench toast and was shown the selection of teas, paid for my order and goes to sit. I was not expecting pre packaged Frenchtoast for a dine in order, the server was Angie. I opened the bag and the container, take out the French toast and touch it ,to realize it is COLD, I asked Angie can I get this warmed up because its cold, she takes it and returns shortly with it , atthis point I asked for honey for my tea, that is brought then I have to ask for a stirrer to mix in the honey, the stirrer isbrought. I am about to taste the French toast and I have no butter, I again ask Angie for some butter, at this point she showsher frustration with me , returns with the butter, I dont have a knife in my bag to spread the butter, I see Andrew passingand I asked him for a knife, he sends 1 over with Angie, after a while. At this point I gave up on trying to enjoy mybreakfast, packed everything up and went home and heated up my French toast to enjoy it, which I did not . Customer service isthe make or break of any establishment. You guys just lost 1 Customer for sure and I am sure you will loose many more if youdon't improve your customer service. I shouldn't have to ask for basic items that are necessary to enjoy the items purchased, especially when I am dining in and to be made to feel uncomfortable when having to ask for the items Read more

When I moved to Utah one of the first restaurants I visited was Kneaders. I can tell you first hand that it is one of the best... restaurants I have ever visited in my life (not exaggerating). Their food is delicious and healthy, their deserts are unreal, and their staff was so friendly that one of the managers became a close friend. I would recommend this place to anyone! Whenyou come try the Moose Domes, I will leave one for you. Read more
