When You get there at the time they email you saying your pizza is ready for pick up and there?s only 1 car in the drive threw... in your way and they still make me wait 20 min. I've lived all over the country and had little caesars everywhere, and this is the first time I've ever been compelled to write... a review. This is the absolute worst location I've ever come across. I've had at bunch of band experiences as I keep trying inhopes its a one off issue. But its not, its ever single time. The management is clearly so lazy they want to do the minimumamount of effort they can. The take things off the online menu such as the cheese bread, don't answer their phone ever, closelobby when they are just vaguely busy. I wonder of the owner knows how little effort management is putting in to fill as manyorders as possible, just punching the clock, they don't care if they could have made twice the money for the business they justwant to do minimal work. I had the worst service experience at the Heber, UT location. We got to the store at 7:30pm and the lobby was closed. The... website said they closed at 9:00pm so we had plenty of time. We went to the drive-thru and there was a line. We decided to orderonline so it would be ready when we got to the window. The online order said it would be ready between 8:08pm-8:12pm. It was along wait, but the kids really wanted pizza. We got to the window a little early, about 8:05pm and told them our name and ordernumber. They looked confused and asked for our name again. We repeated and they closed the window. About 10 minutes later,someone else opens the window and again asks our name. We repeat ourselves again and she closes the window. We wait another 10minutes and we have not received our order. We knocked on the window, and the employees inside looked at us and ignored us. Wehonked our horn and they wouldn't even look at us. We waved to get their attention and, again, we were ignored. We decided afteranother 10 minutes (note: at this point we have been in line for 60 minutes and at the window for 30 minutes) to go inside. Oncewe entered the store, we were rudely told that the store was closed (it was 8:30pm and the website said they closed at 9:00pm).We told them we had an online order and that we have been waiting outside for an hour. There were 5 employees inside, and a fewwere on their phone watching a football game in the kitchen. They looked at us and turned their backs. We requested to see amanager and no one responded. Finally, one employee asked for our name again, and gave us our order. I will never go to thislocation again. Waited an HOUR in the drive theiugh because the lobby was closed. We placed an online order and waited an additional half hour... past the 'pick up' time. We were ignored by 2 employees at the window and the manager. After 1 HOUR I went inside the lobby andthey told me they "were closed". I told them our situation and they looked at me like I was the problem. I asked to talk to themanager that didn't even say sorry. I always love Little Caesar?s pizza but it is definitely NEVER hot and ready here. Any time I?ve come I?ve had to wait at least... twenty minutes. Just now, during open hours the had their lobby closed when it?s been open in the past and had us go through thedrive through JUST to have no one come onto the mic. Ordered a pizza on the app. The app stated that he needed to order in store. On the door of the store it says only online... orders. So I walk in and they try to accommodate me I gave them the order like four times pepperoni, sausage, extra cheesepizza. He said to me do you wanna sausage and cheese I said no one pizza with pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese. Waited in drive through for way to long, totally short staffed or something , then I paid with cash and card and I gave extra... cash then what it had said on the receipt and I was putting so much on card and had so much of cash, I don't know if it was aaccident but when I questioned and told them that I have this much of cash and it doesn't reflect on the receipt of what wasdone , in other words I gave more cash then what the cash said on receipt and I told the guy and he was like what , really nicebut didn't know what I was saying and then he looked at the receipt and said oh okay yeah I'll just give you the cash which atthis point would of been extra cash and he grabbed it off the table and gave it back.
