Severely disappointed is an understatement. Ordered inside to go and it took 30 minutes from when we completed our order to get... our food. We saw several people who ordered after us get their food before us. I thought McDonald?s was ?fast? food not waitlonger than a sit down restaurant type of place. We ordered the Big Mac deal which was supposed to come with two Big Macs, two10 piece nuggets, and two medium fries. We get home and unpack everything and we are short one big mac. We stopped in to get a quick meal for our kids. I normally expect Macdonalds to be fairly quick but it took about 20 minutes to... get our food. Just ordered with door dash, a quarter pounder with cheese and I got a burger with a bun and patty. I am a CNA, this was the... first thing I have eaten all day and I was looking forward eating to the sandwich. I am still eating it because I am starvingbut honestly I was severely disappointed. I ordered through the drive thru and took my food home to eat. When I bit into my burger, it was actually raw. Not just a little... pink?but raw. This isn?t a small mistake of thinking it was done when it wasn?t. This is pure laziness and total disregard forcare. It couldn?t have been cooked for more than a few seconds. The person behind the counter wasn't able or willing to take my order. She led me to the touch screen ordering system. I have... never seen this happen before. Many customers don't like touching those touch screens right before eating. The bathroom soapdispenser wasn't working. It is so important to respect sanitary conditions in a restaurant. Read more
FLIES in my coffee! It's not like it was just one fly. I poured out my coffee and counted a total of 7 FLIES! I am never going... to this McDonald's again. I've had other bad experiences at this McDonalds before, but this experience finally pushed me intogiving it the review it deserves. Read more

I love McDonald?s food from a kid but I am so disappointed by the food coming from this location repeatedly. Burnt kids... cheeseburgers and no onions. Dried out chicken sandwiches made and bagged way before you got there. The appeal of McDonalds tome is simple food easily replicated wherever you are. Unfortunately, it just seems that quality is disrupted here. I docontinue to go back more than I care to admit, I have kids that love it and a wife that loves the Diet Coke.
