Absolutely love Melvins Public House!! If you're driving through Heber City you have to stop! Our food was great! We ordered... buffalo cauliflower and the poutine for appetizers. They came out in like 5-7 minuets and were wonderful. I ordered the clubwith fries I'd say it was a 10/10. My sister got the chili lime wings and they were a 9/10. We just felt like more chili limesauce was needed but they were crispy and juicy. Our service was great, prices were great && the live band ( Union Bridge ) thatwe enjoyed while eating our dinner outside was a whole vibe! Also, they're kid friendly! Read more

NOT A BAR! Let?s be clear, this is not a bar. It looks like a bar, It smells like a (very clean) bar, and it even serves... amazing bar food but it?s not a bar?according to Utah. Amazing bar food, amazing place to watch the game. Fun atmosphere. More energy than every other place in town combined. They have live music on Friday and the drinks are served ice cold. Peopleare actually friendly inside Melvins. It?s like cheers but with weird Mormon rules. Grandma gave a guy a high five from anothertable. In doing so she violated the code of conduct because she didn?t set her beer down first. It was a nice local restraunt/sports bar with a great atmosphere. The bartender was nice and helpful on helping us choose... drinks.The wings looked delicious but we really wanted to try the philly and it did not disappoint. I unfortunately didn't takepictures of the food but it is loaded with meat, melted cheese, your choice of grilled veggies and some really good fries! From the outside a simple bar. The inside a classic scene typical of a sports bar in a local neighborhood. But the atmosphere is... terrific. The service was also too notch as well. But what I wasn?t expecting is the burger. Could it be the best burger I everhad? I dare say so. I mean just look at the pictures. Great sports bar with lots of tvs making watching the game from any seat easy & the family friendly section helps when you... don't have a sitter. Definitely recommend their: Poutine - their fries are designed perfectly flat! The shape makes thetexture tasty. Chili - it's homemade and seasoned deliciously. Onion rings - they are HUGE & crispy! Not oily or too muchbatter. Pickle fries - these are also the right cut size and not drenched in or too much batter. And the spicier sauce dip, yesplease ???? The Reuben - savory ???? New to the area and super excited to have found our go to for pub grub and games! Staffwas great & the only thing that would make it better is if it was a 12th man fan vs Steelers ???????????? Love the atmosphere in this totally chill dive bar! Can you say Wing Wednesday? Yes please!!! We stopped by for an early... bite to eat, around 5 pm or so and the place was full with locals. Service was excellent. Great local beer selection. Thewings are decent, especially half off! You cannot get multiple flavors, I went with hot Teriyaki, extra crispy. I alsoordered the Buffalo Cauliflower. The Buffalo Cauliflower is really not over breaded or over sauced, different spin on what Itypically see - I am not sure if it was fresh, but it was a nice change up. Read more
