Food was good, cashier wouldn't even look at you and needs to learn how to talk louder and pronunciate when he talks. He didn't... ask if I wanted to stay or go and didn't take my name or tell me a number to call my order out. Other than that it wasn't bad,the manager apologized for it taking so long. As always, the food was amazing. However, the employees felt rushed, and frantic, as if they did not know what they were doing,... some of the cooks did not have gloves or hairnets on, and I had to ask for certain parts of my order left out. Not terrible, butslightly uncomfortable. Read more
Wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees were SO slow. We waited in line for over 30 min and there were only 4 people in front... of us. The employees totally ignored the growing line until someone had to go and call for their attention and ask them to starttaking orders. The food was OK, But the staff definitely needs improvement. My order was messed up. They took 20 minutes to fix it, and it was... only 2 items. I got to watch my friend eat because of this. The only saving grace was my food was fresh. Read more
Just came through right during lunch and this was the fastest drive through I've experienced at a Wendy's in a long time. By the... time we got to the window to pay they had all our food ready to go and every order was correct. Props to the workers for beingso fast. Read more
Bait and switch prices and they Threatened to call the cops on me. Would give zero if possible. Asked for the #4 combo which is... $5.89 and they told me it was going to be $7.08 with tax. I looked at the screen and they had $6.59 with a $0.49 tax and I askedwhy the difference and they told me that?s how much the #4 combo was. I complained because they advertised one price and thentold me another and they then told me to leave and that they refused my service. I told them I was taking a picture and writinga review and they then told me they were writing down my license plate and calling the cops. I come to this gas station frequently and every time it?s busy. Employees appear to not really care. They only work as hard as... what they get paid for tho right? It's fast food, nobody's perfect, but they don't screw up your order nearly as much as McDonald's does. It's still my favorite... fast food place in town, but Beto's has the best fries. Customer service is usually good. I don't need to mention the jackassthat worked there when my son was little, but I will. He didn't give us a tray and I grabbed a dirty one. He told the lady nextto him not to say anything and I ended up throwing the tray on another table. That was years ago. They have better people therenow. I don't know if Grayson still works there, but he was always cool. The managers have been nice to me over the years.Wendy's is my go-to for fast food. Read more
