The prices in Heber Springs seem to be on the high side compared with my experiences when traveling. Makes it more inviting to... go to a local restaurant for a full service breakfast. Hate to be negative but, it is what it is! Read more
Worst place do not come here ever, this place really has been going down hill especially night shift on 07/31/2022 me and my... friends went through the drive through approximately 10 minutes within [closing time 11:00pm] I had ordered one Large RegularIced Coffee, two Fountain Drinks, and two cookies we had went to the first drive through window after placing are order and thenproceeded to pay, after paying and getting the receipt and change back I then pulled up to the second drive through window andMcDonald's staff had handed me the two fountain drinks and had informed me that the Large Regular Iced Coffee was not ready andthat they had to make another batch of cookies because they had just disposed of them all and that it would be a moment so theyhad me pull up and park in one of the spaces and by approximately 11:03pm one of the staff members came out to me and sayed theydidn't forget about us the cook forgot about the cookies and they burnt so they were gonna make another batch of cookies andthey had told me they were going to give us extra cookies for the wait and inconvenience so I was like ok that's nice, then byapproximately 11:09 the same staff member had came out to my vehicle and brought me the two cookies we had ordered and then Ihad sayed to the staff member what about the iced coffee and then the same staff member went back and at approximately 11:10that same staff member brought me the Large Regular Iced Coffee and we never even got any extra cookies and I doubt they trasheda batch of fresh made cookies after closing times they probably ate them all and gave us the only two that was ordered insteadof the extra we were told we were gonna get and I'm gonna be getting ahold of corporate for this matter. Staff were quite rude and obnoxious. Staff were yelling at each other from across the restaurant. I would never dine in here... again. There were flies everywhere. Meal looked like it was thrown onto the tray, burger was supposed to have 2 patties and I'm almost certain it only had 1. Staff... is absolutely annoying, super loud, it seems like there's way to many people working since 3 of them sat around doing nothing oron their phones. A woman who I'm assuming works here came in yelling about something then pulled a member of staff out from thekitchen to talk to him in the doorway and got even louder. The only plus is the bathrooms are clean for a mcdonalds and thewoman who took our orders was really nice. Read more
