Staff were too young to grasp the concept of a job
The young man who handled our orders was extremely polite and patient! The food was good as expected and the store was being... actively cleaned while we were inside. This made for a great meal to end our trip to the area and hit the road with fullbellies. THANKS! Read more
Was in a hurry and ordered a salad. They were a bit stingy with the veggies, so it ended up not being the most plentiful salad,... definitely not worth $8.50. There were two employees. One was working on an large order (3 different footlong subs, each withcompletely different toppings, that the customer was slowly reading from their phone). The other made my salad and was finishedwith it before the other employee was even halfway done with the large order. Did they check me out? No. They made me standtheir awkwardly while the other employee slowly finished topping each of the subs, then cut each sub, wrapped each sub, labelledeach sub, and so on. It was seriously another 5-10 minutes after my salad was done and sealed before they took my money. Theemployee who made my salad could have taken my money 3 times over before the other one had finished wrapping their subs. Notimpressed. Read more
I usually have a great experience with every worker and staff at Subway and the food is always at Great level way better than... Main Street Subway but I came in and was very rudely treated by a staff member of the name Lennon she has been the only staffmember that is so cruel. UPDATE: I don?t know why this Subway still has Lennon Apel As a manager but she is super cruel toeveryone who comes in and me as well many times never returning? Read more
The employees are amazing here. Came in with my son and left with an awesome sandwich and huge smiles.
Went in today with my mom, siblings, husband, and child and was treated very rude. We come in very often, and have never had any... issues before. But today but husband, who hadn't eaten all day ordered a cold cut combo, with double meat, our sandwich artist,Amy I think her name was, interjected with "That's an extra $4" we told her we know, we always order it. He then added salamiand bacon, she looked up, with a rude face and said "This is going to be a really expensive sandwich". We are aware, as we areregulars. She then was even more rude as he added several veggies and flavors to his already loaded sandwich. We we're alreadyprepared for our $25 total for two sandwichs, chips, and drinks. But she apparently didn't think we could afford it. Not happyat all with our service. Read more
Super dissatisfied. We were told they were out of ranch, and Italian dressing, but the main street location had both if we... wanted to go there. Very surprised as this has never happened to us before, and the fact that no employee seemed bothered withit. Not real sure how you promote chicken bacon ranch etc... without the necessary ingredients. If we go back it'll be to mainstreet. Read more
