I'm not sure about everyone else but as a customer, being treated in an absolute bullish and snide manner by an older heavy set... female employee that's standing in front of a cash register, grinds my gears. The unwarranted attitude and treatment she servednot only to myself, the customer with cash in hand who waited patiently for my takeout order, but also to the friendly,personable, pleasant, young, beautiful female employee who was busy conducting business, waiting on customers, cleaning the preparea, answering the phone, absolutely warrants this review. It's the reason I contained myself as I stood across the counterfrom her, and made myself think twice before I left out of the store, turning to see her reaction before I walked out of thedoor, watching her reaction as I left. And she knew it. I recalled the experience, considering how I want to proceed, as I atemy meal along with my friend at their home. The experience was so negative I didn't want to eat the sandwich I paid for. Aliteral bad taste was left in my mouth. I considered driving back down the mountain to serve it back to her. As a localresident, I don't know if I'll be back to this subway. If I do and this employee is there, I hope that whatever inclines her totreat others in this manner is left outside of the store. I'm female, age 54, pleasant, kind, helpful to others. I've formerlybeen employed in the service industry. I understand we, as humans, can have an off day, not wanting to serve on some days. Idoubt this is the experience I encountered. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. I take offense, after standing to wait as shevisited with the customer before me, to then be treated as someone beneath her, without authority or control of myself. As achild. It's obvious the other employee working in the store is having patience, and probablyrespect for her elders, in order to perform her duties, and probably more, to earn and receive her paycheck. It's a great place to eat, my wife works there, so I'm always eating there lol, great sandwiches!
Your overall happiness really depends on who is working.. Sometimes they don't have the best attitudes. However the food is... amazing. The food it's self will keep you coming back over and over. Probably because subway is amazing. Read more
My girlfriend and dad went here to pick up sandwiches for everybody last night and the lady was so rude to my girlfriend just... because she was trying to FaceTime me my order because I was working a 12 hour shift and couldn?t be there then they droppedpart of my girlfriends dad?s sandwich and scrape the cheese off the table and put it back on there right in front of him goingup there in person this week to sort this out what complete BS I?ve eaten restaurants all over the country and I have neverexperienced such blatant disregard for rules respect or cleanliness Read more
I called in to order a last minute platter and I spoke with Karen. She said they usually need 24 hours but could try and help as... much as she could. She was polite, courteous and listened very well. Very happy. Read more
