Worst Dunkin around. 50% of the menu is unavailable and awfully slow on weekends when it is under staffed with three 17yr old... kids. Take the 7 min ride to the one in Marlboro. Read more

Worst dunkin ever, the staff is not in synch nor have they been thought how to be professional when speaking to customers. They... need to level up on there customer services skills. The only reason this location is making production is due to the lack ofeither more dunkins or starbucks being nearby. I would love to speak with your area or regional manager to discuss the poortreatment I had receieve. I would suggest speaking to your employee who works on the sandwich station to learn patience andwithhold negative comments about customer to herself. If I have to withhold what I wanted to reply to her, prevent causing muchchaos. Read more

The problem with Dunkin it's so busy and you as a worker need to work in an environment where it's quantity not quality..The... girl doing my hash browns and wrap is so stressed that she doesn't have Time to even hand you the bag, just throws it on thecounter n says your name. Then you get the wrap and it looks like a hot mess. Actually looked like someone took a bite out ofit. Hard to have customer service. I get it but geez we don't want our bags thrown, we want a hello and have a nice day etc..but how do you have time to do that when you have 15 people to do their food. Just sucks. Read more
