Staff is mostly friendly and courteous.The drive thru is always very efficient. Prices have gone up a little too high too fast .
Needs work. I love DQ?s rotisserie bites chicken basket, but when I got it here it was super dried out like it had been sitting... under the heat lamp for a couple hours. And they were out of the toast that comes in the baskets but didn?t tell me until afterI?d paid and they brought my order. That said, the staff was all nice and attentive. Read more
A disappointment every time. Pay for extra toppings and get none at all, despite paying extra. Constantly getting orders wrong.... Staff is rude. I know many families who drive to other locations simply to avoid this disaster. Read more
I go here because late at night hebron's options are slim. I understand these are young kids serving me but they seem like they... don't care. I ordered the salted Carmel cheesecake or w.e. it is, and it was just cheesecake peices no chocolate no Carmel. other times I've ordered extra candy in my blizzards, it doesn't happen. my foods cold.... it's just annoying. Ordered a #5 combo n got a single patty burger with far too much mustard. The fries are horrid, no salt/flavour, everytime I go... there its a cold burger, this time is warm af n still is f~cked up in more ways than just a cold burger. Read more
