They were out of french fries and no baked potatoes were ready. Was told potatoes would take 15 minutes, after 15 then 20.... After 45 minutes I asked for a refund. The staff were yelling at each other throughout this and seemed very stressed. The poorlady at the register was trying her best to be nice to everyone. I felt really bad for her. The young male manager had nocontrol over the situation. I think they lost alot of money that day. Read more

The drive through is kinda difficult to use since it circles through some parking spaces that people are constantly going in and... out of and it just barely has enough room for two cars to drive through until you get to the hairpin turn right after the menuwhere you order. I'm not a big Wendy's fan but Connor made it amazing. He is a true testament to what fantastic customer service means. I hope... Wendy's realizes the gem they have with him and keep and promote him.
