Ordered 1 bowl through Uber Eats. Delivery time changed by 35 minutes from the time I placed my order. I cancelled my order... but was still charged $14 because the driver had already accepted the delivery. I get that the driver probably caused thedelay, but it seems like the restaurant should have some responsibility in this. It's not like I can get my money/refund fromUber. I'll skip this location going forward. And I'll make sure my bank does not pay the $14 fee, just on principle. Read more
My order itself was OK, and correct, the problem lies with the ingredients. My steak tacos had both undercooked rice, and pinto... beans. In an about an hour I was doubled over in pain, and started to have a bout of diarrhea. I believe due to the undercookedrice and beans I had a case of lectin poisoning. This is the only chipotle in the union, Burlington, Hebron area that actually fills your bowls. I feel like I?m getting my... moneys worth and the staff and management are always so nice. I live in union but I drive to this location whenever I wantchipotle. Avoid all the others and go here!!! Read more
We?ve tried it several times but today was the last. The main problem in the past has been small portions but today it was brown... guac and a long black hair in one of the bowls ???? Will be driving a little farther for a different location from now on.Incredibly inconvenient since we are so close to this location but it?s truly not worth the money. Read more
One would think that an $8 burrito would be bigger than Taco Bell?s regular size tacos? but apparently this restaurant thinks... otherwise. Half way through this pancake-size ?burrito? and I?m still not seeing the chicken I requested on it.. Every time Iorder from this location, I tell myself it?s the last time. Went in there kind of late so I wasn't bothered too bad about the experience but, it was a one woman show. The poor girl was... making food, taking care of the drive thru and running the register while everyone else was just kind of in their own world. Thegirl making my food was so slow about making it, gave me a burrito with two big holes in it and just halfway wrapped it up andwent on about her business. Read more
