Guys were hard working but food was lousy at best. My first and last time eating Penn Station, should've just had Subway. I got... a cold sandwich, husband got a hot one. Both sandwiches sucked. The bread didn't seem like it was baked all the way through anddeli meat was extremely salty. The overly processed cheese was all over the place. Husband said that his sub was disgusting aswell. They put both the hot and cold sandwich in the same bag, I personally wouldn't do that. And if I were to have complained,I probably would've been told well what do you want me to do about it. 3x Wow! This location was simply amazing for my first visit. The service and staff were super fast, friendly and wonderful. Big,... bright, and clean decor inside. The food was delicious as well. If you want to hear the staff laugh and complain about people complaining about the meal is wrong... meanwhile I order a regular... sandwich and a small sandwich and both come out as a small... another mistake they made was mustard instead of mayo.
