So I just ordered a supreme with only pepperoni on half. Pretty simple right?! Wrong!! It came with supreme on the entire... pizza!! I usually don?t complain but damn it man?there went my dinner because I just cannot handle the onions, g pep andmushrooms, plus it?s expensive!! So I call, not the slightest bit rude and the manager says the order didn?t come through theway I said it was supposed to and that he wasn?t going to fix it ???? wait?what?? I order through the app all the time, veryloyal customer, have literally spent thousands there but that just killed it for me. Totally disrespectful and all I wanted wasmy pizza replaced. The 2 nedium pizzas that I got from Pizza hut in Hebron was really dry and a little bit burnt or do they use a different cheaper... dough for the pizzas you get on a deal? I was just disappointed. I have been a customer at this location for at least 3 yearsand never ate a pizza that bad. Read more

Called to have delivered, but no delivery person. Was told 2 other pizza places would take care of us. But Pizza Hut is our... pick, so because they couldn't come to us, we went to them. We were waited on fast. Food is always good. The guy was reallyfriendly and helpful. Read more
The pizza was delivered to my work along with multiple other large pizzas, one pie was burnt pretty bad, when I called the... manager he argued with me that him and his GM were on duty cooking and cutting all the pizzas and that they never sent one outburnt. He continued to tell me that I would have to contact his GM the following morning as he had left for the day. I justwanted a refund of the $10 pizza and he would not grant that as he was convinced that the pie was not burnt. I had to call andfile a complaint with the cooperate office to get the refund. This branch is an absolute joke! This is despicable that amanager and General Manager are ok with sending out low quality pizza, my company will not do business with them again. Read more
