I walked in to 4 employees. The restaurant was filthy. One employee laid on her stomach on a bench in the lobby texting and... never moved . Hey synonym for a headset Enrique turn out in the main lobby opened a book bag and proceeded to put deodorant onunder her arms with her uniform on. I was told when I approach the counter we have no bread no ketchup and no ice cream today? Idid not want to order because the restaurant was so dirty but my grandson decided he wanted to order so we did and he ate and weleft every table and the floor was so nasty I was shocked when exiting the restaurant an older gentleman pulled up in a blackuniform and proceeded to carry in 10 containers of catch-up from Kroger and I wanted to tell him how horrible the restaurantlooked but I knew he knew that. Place was out of some meats, all their ice cream, fries, ....the list goes on. Wasn't impressed with selection. Staff was... friendly and honest. Hit drive thru and lot was clean. Issue with supply was temporary (I hope) so I'll give em another tryin a week or two. Read more
Tried there dill burger and fried pickles. I was disappointed to say the least. I don't think it was from this location... particular I think the whole idea just wasn't executed well. They're fried pickles are soft Spears so it doesn't work quite aswell at least not for me. And the burger just kind of liked flavor in general. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes being the only car there and our food still wasn?t fresh. My wife?s burger had nothing on... it and my wings hardly had any sauce on them. Spent $20 on food that was old and made incorrectly. Won?t be going back here. Read more
Would have given a much better review had I not went to the restroom. The first picture is the first impression of the restroom... an it only gets worse from there, the mess on the floor under the hand soap shows that didn't just happen an also how long it'sbeen since the floor was cleaned... Not sure how employees wash there hands before they return to work, on a positive note thehand sanitizer does work because that's what I had to use. Update 1 week later now the soap dispenser is off the wall an guesswhat NO SOAP ANYWHERE... An the employees use this restroom so guess what maybe they was them in the sink in the back kitchenarea maybe not... Plus they open the door handle... I go just for the shakes and they are priced lower than the quality that is delivered. They also got new larger and tougher... straws for the thick milkshake drinkers. Read more
