Exelent customer service, and they toast sandwiches very well, I like it.
These people are just nasty people! They were so rude to my husband and 3yr old. He asked for napkins, literally she gave him... one napkin. He asked for more and she wanted to charge him. She refused to give him his drinks until he brought the bathroom keyback. She gave him trouble for using the bathroom there. They're just nasty and stingy people. Read more
All of their veggies are fresh Everytime I go. As a vegan I don't have a lot of cheap and fast options around Hebron close to... where I work but they're always very fast here, the tables, seats, dining room and bathrooms are always clean, the guys areeasy-going, and they have avocado! WORST SUBWAY EVER!! Will never go EVER again. The meat and vegetable portions are ridiculous. They put the bare minimum on the... sandwich then catch an attitude if you ask for more. Very stingy, definitely not spending any money with themagain???????????????? Read more
The owners at this location are very stingy, whenever they make a sandwich they always put on the bare minimum required... ingredients, and even now during Subway?s Big Relaunching due to lost business they are one of the only stores not to accept anycoupons or advertised specials whatsoever. That?s a big thumbs down from me????????Look elsewhere, there?s other Subway?s 10 minaway or closer, just google it. And they honor Subways coupons/specials, and they don?t skimp on ingredients. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The Indian employee was very rude. She kept saying "hurry up, buy or not buy" She asked me where I'm from... but refused to tell me where she is from lol She made the sandwiches carelessly and wrapped them horribly. Very badexperience. Read more
Was very disappointed with this Subway. Ordered through mobile app a steak salad with 2x meat and other stuff, and they gave me... a small salad box half full as if I ordered 1/2 of regular meal. When I came in for pickup the order wasn?t even started. Read more
I purchased a Turkey footlong before work and the meat tasted bad. It had a spoiled taste to it. When I went on break I called... to speak to a store manager and informed him of the problem. I asked for a remake or refund and was told that nobody else calledto complain and that they couldn?t correct the problem!!! I still have the other half of the sandwich and the parts I spit outbecause it was so nasty!! I am outraged that I?m a loyal customer, reward?s member and that a manager refused to make it right.I will be reaching out to corporate and the health department. This is unacceptable! Read more
