It states online that the dining hall is open. This is not true. The three times I have been here the door was closed. One time... there was a kid smoking in the dining area. It almost looked like he was smoking a blunt. Told me the first time that it wouldtake 15 minute to get to my order. Second time was a little better but the drive through is very slow. Staff was dim and unhelpful hadn't received a doordash, Uber eats, or grubhub order all DAY. But noone questioned this? Noone... in management thought "hmmm where did 30% of our revenue go today?" Probably with the employees eating lunch on the cook linein front of customers. They weren't busy only three people in restaurant and one in drive thru with at least 7 people working. God help Gen z and any other entitled worker thinking just because it's fast food customer satisfaction/service don't matter. Bought 2 cheesy gorditas and a steak quesarito. Added tomatoe and sour cream to both gorditas and black beans to the quesarito.... An extra 5 dollars but worth it. Lo and behold neither item was made with any effort and any extras were not added. Triedcalling three time only to have the phone picked up and then dropped. This is my third time in 2 years going to this Taco Belland every time has been horrible. I will absolutely travel further so I don?t have to experience this again. STAY AWAY!!!! Editupdate: went back next day and they completely remade the order and it was very good. It seems the day shift is much better thannight shift so choose when you visit. Crunchy taco shells were stale, and the cheesy roll-ups for my toddler were not warmed up - they were just a bunch of cold... shredded cheese wrapped in a cold tortilla. First time I've actually seen disappointment as an expression on my toddler's face. Thanks, Taco Bell! Read more
Horrible, I called at 12 o?clock and asked what time they were open till they told me 1oclock I got there at 12:40 and they... didn?t answer at the drive thru speaker, I called the store and they answered and I got hung up on, if you?re open until 1amdon?t ignore your customers in the drive they bringing you in money, and hanging up on people, this is the worst Taco Bell ihave ever been too and this is not my first bad experience here. The worse Taco Bell in probably the whole country. Somehow can?t keep employees or get employees. Not sure what the excuse is.... They?re never opened. Most of the time they?re sitting outside or just hanging out leaving the store closed and potentialcustomers sitting in the drive through waiting for a response that doesn?t come. The best case scenario for this location isthey sell to ownership group that actually wants to try. Worse case which still may be best case they close down for good. Read more

I keep telling myself I'll have a better experience every time I come here, but it literally never fails to disappoint. This... location would be better off, shut down. When I tell you I've been in the drive thru waiting for 15 minutes for someone to takemy order.. I wish I was exaggerating. Read more
