Just by looking at the reviews, what I find astonishing is the reviews with more than 3 stars are getting responses. I give 5... stars only for the reason they would actually take the time and read the negative reviews, restaurants just taking up spacebecause there not even open. Parking lot like usual reserves right in front of the fuel islands, if you want chips and a drinkyour in luck , plenty of that.. hotdogs over cooked , rollers not filled with fresh ones, buns wet , floors dirty , showers it?sa pilot , trash in the parking lot , coffee over done , no hello when you walk in the or thank you.. honestly it?s the same olething? Coffee was full and fresh, shelves were almost stocked..empty spaces...but one of the filthiest Pilot Travel Center I have... visited...laundry area I cleaned myself so I could do my laundry...stock room doors unlocked and open...garbages full... BothSubway and Pizza Hut had their lights off so I assumed closed... Girl said they were open, told them to turn on the lights, kidbehind counter mumbled something... Very little parking out front. Big rig parking in back, but overall a crowded place. SUBWAY, Pizza King ( Though the Subway... closed at 6) I did get some roller items. $1.50 for a banana I've about had it with Pilot. Read more
