Depends on if they follow directions or not. It's a hit and miss kinda thing.
Just picked up 2 subs today. The new staff is so friendly. I like the new guy with pink hair. Food was great also.
I have been going to this Subway since it opened and today was the worst. We got told at the door that the toaster over was... broken. Ok, no problem. Then when we went to order they didn't have any bread other than white and this was at noon. Hisexcuse was that it had "been a tough morning." DO NO CALL AHEAD OR USE THE SUBWAY APP AT THIS LOCATION! A COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME! If you are not standing there watching them... make it, it WILL NOT be right. They may not even give you the right subs! If you're in a hurry, it's to late to notice when youralready down the road. Read more
Seemingly clean, but strange Subway. If you see specials on TV (2 for $5, in this case), don't bother asking for the same... special here. You'll get the constipated face ("I have no clue what you mean") followed by, "We aren't doing that here." Thekids that work there seem nice enough, but it's maddening that each Subway franchisee can make their own rules like that. WhileI'm at it, the Subway at the Pilot Station on Rt. 37 is exactly the same. If you want Subway in the Hebron area, there's a goodone in Buckeye Lake. Read more
Wow worst ever experience ever. It took 20 min to get out of there with a sub par sandwiches. I don't not recommend this place.
If I could rate this Subway 0 stars, I would. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Subway and I was an assistant... manager at one for 6 years. The "sandwich artist", Deb (which she can't even be called one) literally THREW my sandwichestogether on smushed, hard bread. And the ENTIRE time it looked like she was trying to dance, she was so methed out she couldn'tstop moving. Not to mention she didnt wash her hands before she put her gloves on after wiping her nose with her hand. There wasabsolutely nothing stocked, the line looked absolutely disgusting as did the rest of the restaurant. I will never be eating hereagain and I suggest that nobody else does. Read more
