Incompetent, this pizza was intended to have extra cheese which it doesn't as well as light sauce which is all the pizza is.
been ordering here for awhile now and im starting to notice that this place is going downhill. this last order was the kicker.... they left two toppings off of my pizza. i ordered with extra chicken and extra onions. there were NONE. All I seem to be gettingout of this is a lousy coupon. Drivers are always nice but i dont think the cooking staff pays attention to order details. Alsoordered pasta from them that night and it was a miniscule amount compared to other times i've ordered. Even tho they areliterally right down the street from me they still take as long as someone i would order from down town. I'd rather have myorder correct than the convenience of being close by. Not worth it anymore. The prices are so STEEP compared to Anthony'sPizza. I think i will be getting pizza from there from now on. smh Read more
The app is great. I wish I could personalize my food more, I'll pay for it but its my food ya know. If I want 4 different... veggies in my pasta so be it. Otherwise you can track your order from the app very detailed and user friendly. Read more
I have not ordered from here in year and a hafe.now I remember why. Order was wrong they don't know how to listen plus asked for... someone to call me back and couldn't even do that.ended up getting pizza crust with cheese only no sauce or anything else on itkids would not even eat it because it was nasty.so next time I will drive all the way to spring mills because they know whatthey are doing never had any problems out of them.wish I could of gave a good review but just could not for what I payed itsucked Read more
They are ok.. if you're planning on sharing a pizza you better have a pizza cutter. The slices are never fully cut through and... they are all dramatically different sizes (see picture, these slices are from the same pizza) I wouldn't complain but it isevery single time I order from them. It still tastes good most of the time... but come on Dominos, invest in the slice! Read more
UPDATE: Decided to try again, this time the bread was cooked okay, it was stuffed generously but still had the weird oil on it.... Overall, a huge improvement!!!! Forgot to take a picture which I?ll definitely do next time. We also got a medium pizza, that Ididn?t hear any complaints about. ???????? (added a ??) Going to see if I can ask for no oil on the cheesy bread when orderingthrough the app, if not I?ll have to call in to order. Gave them 2 stars for promptness on carryout at the window. Not surewhat?s going on at this store, I?m new to the area but the food here is much lower quality then where I moved from sadly. I?veordered the spinach & feta cheesy bread 3 times and been disappointed every time. Here they drown it in oil, use very littlefilling & over cook it and tonight it?s like the bread was made wrong as it only rose and cooked on the ends. Never seenanything like it. I also got a handtossed Hawaiian pizza. The crust was falling apart, like it was missing ingredients and hadno flavor. Also, both items were very greasy. Idk what would cause that but I didn?t experience that where I used to live. Iused to love Dominos but I may be switching Pizza Houses after tonight. If this store is trying to save $, I hope they arepaying attention cuz it could costing them more in the long run. This place has a prime location, would be too bad for them toclose. I do understand we are in difficult times for keeping employees but I think this is a management issue. I would havegone back but we are having a snow storm currently. This Dominos use to be ok but the last 2 times it has been awful! They gave me the wrong pizza last time and tonight I ordered... at 10:50pm and it said complete on my app about 11:10?went to pick it up and he said it wasn?t ready?waited until 11:35 ?broughtit home ?one pizza was too done and the other wasn?t even brown! What a waste of money. And of course they don?t offer anapology or make it right! Read more
