I visit this McDonald?s pretty frequently and there?s never anything wrong with the food itself, but the older lady (long hair,... glasses, sounds like she smokes 20 packs a day) who works the drive-thru has the WORST attitude ever and should not work in theservice industry AT ALL. I hope to god she isn?t a manager. I placed my order at the drive-thru, I know I said ?2 large friesand 2 McChickens? along with the other things I ordered (3 other items to be exact), I pull to the window and pay and receive myfood. I pull forward slightly to double check my bag and see that I was missing a fry and a McChicken. I reversed back to thewindow since no one was behind me and I sat and waited for probably 5+ minutes before she returned to the window. I could hearher taking orders so I?ll give her that, but still, this is probably why their drive-thru gets so backed up all the time.Finally she comes back and barks a total at me, assuming I?m the car that?s behind me now. I tell her that I was missing justtwo things and she acted as if I wasn?t just at the window 5 minutes prior. Again, there were no cars behind me when I receivedmy order and when I backed up to the window. She didn?t ask if I wanted a receipt, nor give me one, when I paid so I couldn?teven check to see if my order was correct before I received my food. She asked what my total was (which I thought was a littlelow when she originally told me but I brushed it off) to pull it back up. I confirm my order to her and she has the worstattitude saying ?I don?t have any extra food over here?. I asked to see my receipt to see if there were any errors, she hands itto me and what do you know, she only rang in 1 large fry and 1 McChicken. So I asked if I can get those two items and pay forthem there (thinking it?d be no problem since it was two really easy items and I was paying with card) and she rudely told me?No you can?t do that here. Went inside to place an order. The sign says kiosk only which is fine. However, when using the kiosk, the item I wanted to order... which was an Egg McMuffin with steak was not on kiosk stood at register waiting to ask a question for 15 minutes. What service or atmosphere ... you order from a kiosk. You don't speak to the employees. They WILL ignore you. I had to actually... holler to get someone's attention for assistance. They just walked by like I wasn't even there. The gentleman that did finallyhelp was very nice. However, I'll never go to McDonald's again. I rarely eat fast food but when I go out to eat, fast food orrestaurant, I FULLY expect to be dealing with other people NOT machines & being ignored by humans SMH... Read more

They MADE me order at kiosk. Kiosk doesn't really work(buttons not really working) so took about 5 min to make the order. I... asked for extra hot sauce, and they gave me a burger container with a squirt inside. I said don't you have a plastic containerfor sauce? I didn't really get an answer, then I was forced to wait about 10 -15 min for SAUCE. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ...ATALL. The manager is great, I didn't receive part of my order in the drive-thru due to the window attendant, the manager apologized... and gave me the item for free. Very kind and professional! Read more

Always hit and miss at this location. Staff is usually friendly, soft drinks are usually flatter than ideal. The special... requests we order are usually correct which is aways a bonus!! Read more

Long drive through lines all day. With this you would think the food would be fresh so we went in to order. The wait time for... the inside was unbearable and when I did get home to eat my big Mac the bun was as hard as a rock. A major turn off for me. Theiced cream cone was great though.. Read more

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I received a horribly undercooked burger through the drive... thru. I called to request a refund and issue the complaint. The supervisor basically told me he didn't have time and the onlyway I was going to receive a refund is go back to this awful store. He did not seem at all concerned that someone could sickfor consuming undercooked meat and never once apologized. Read more
