We drove two hours to get there to eat dinner. We ordered our appetizer which we never received and then when we finally did get... our food, the ribs were tough and didn?t even fall off the bone like they should have and the steak that should?ve been mediumrare was well done I was very disappointed not only in the food, but in the service The server never even filled up our drinks. He was Aware of everything told me he forgot our appetizer, so I?m not sure if we?ll ever go back. When we left, the cashierasks how our visit was and I told her as well she didn?t seem to care one way or another so I?m not really sure why she evenasked. Read more

The waiter was great, but the food was not good at all. It was $55 for a rubbery lobster tail and an overcooked and low quality... ribeye. They were both also very bland. When we initially arrived they were not busy and we were not greeted or even smiled atby the 3 ladies talking at the counter. The mixed drinks were terrible. The "fall off the bone" ribs were tough and really hardto eat. It was over $150 for 2 people and we couldn't even eat half of the meal. Read more

Immediately seated which was great. Our server was new and was absolutely awesome. But the food and prices don?t match. Out of 6... of us only one plate was good. Which was chicken. Everyone else had different kinds of steak and/or lobster. Was either cold, over cooked or dry. No seasoning. Loaded baked potato came regular with everything in side cups and cold. French fries weregood. Ice cream was good. Clams were not edible. For a steakhouse with prices like that, you would think it would be ?amazing?.But we left disappointed and looking for another place to eat before getting home. Read more

The food was okay. They get fancy steakhouse prices $32.00 for prime rib. They state in menu 11 to 12 ounces. Arrived super thin... and at least 1/2 of it was pure fat. Also ordered 12 ounce rib eye same deal $32.00 was very thin and fatty. My wife ordered thebeef tips, no flavor, very dry. The waitress was not very friendly or pleasant. (Maybe having a bad day) the other waiters andwaitresses around us sounded very pleasant. Spent almost $200.00 for 4 people. I would not waste my money eating here again. Goelsewhere for dinner. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were huge; almost like prawns. My wings were the best I have ever eaten anywhere. The ribs... were succulent, delicious and falling off the bone! The Bananas Foster Cheesecake was scrumptious! More food than I could finisheating! Beautiful view of the river. Classy/quiet eating environment; wonderful ambiance! Excellent and attentive service! 2nd visit. Just as good as the first time. I ordered the Fried Jumbo Shrimp (1/2 pound) and my wife ordered Beef Tips and... substituted mushrooms for the onions. Even though they are currently short-staffed, we were seated quickly. Customer service wasexcellent. Our server was Jeff. Food came out soon after ordering. My Shrimp and baked potatoes were great and my wife reallyenjoyed her beef tips and mushrooms. This location is highly recommended! Read more

Waited 10 mintues to be seated, host was friendly. Food was 'okay' too expensive for the quality of food. Steak tips had more... fat then steak. Chicken fingers were frozen. Side salad was very good. Read more
