Cheese Stix were the ????. The 1st time. Second order came out under cooked. "Which they graciously with no questions... replaced". Some of the food presentation wasn't what we expected so the wife and girls didn't really care for it. That beingsaid I enjoyed everything thought the flavor was great! But prices were high and the atmosphere was kinda bland. I'd still goback for the flavor. Read more
I ordered a patty melt, which is specified as a double patty sandwich with cheese. It is in fact two little gristly sausage... patty looking patties, one in each half of the sandwich. It was also served with maybe a quarter piece of cheese on the wholesandwich. Fries and waitress were good. Read more
Unplanned trip to Helen after Brasstown Bald and ended up stopping here for lunch. Great food and service was excellent, all... staff were very friendly and attentive. The Giant Pretzel was a great way to start and the Georgia sandwich was excellent. Willdefinitely come here again when in Helen. Read more

It took nearly 1 hour to get our food. The fired green tomatoes(appetizer) were not that great. As you can tell from the... picture, the fries were burnt.. The meal was given to us Luke warm. How does it take and hour to get our food and it's not evenHOT???? The alcohol beverages were good though. There was a child at the next table crying because he was hungry. The wait forfood was ridiculous & the place wasn't even packed. And one of the waiters took the trash out while serving us. And came to thetable with a black trash bag. WTH?? I've been a waiter in my college years & it was never the waiters duty to take trash outduring restaurant hours. It was done after we closed. Read more
I had the Prime Rib and it was AMAZING!!! It was so tender and seasoned just right. The Au Jus was delicious as well. I ate... everything and then dipped my French fries in the juice. If you are in Helen GA, you need to stop by because the food is greatand the staff is awesome! Show them some love ?????????. Also try the cheesecake...you won't regret it! It's yummy. Read more
Good experience at River Haus. I got the Greek gyro sandwich they called donor or something like that. It was actually really... good, and I grew up near a huge Greek population in Florida, so my gyro bar is high. The fries were good. Staff was really kind.Wife got the fish and chips and she liked them. Prices were fair considering you are in a tourist town. I don't drink beer, butnoticed they had a huge row of tap beer. I came here with my child for lunch. It was essentially dead other than a couple of people at the bar. Unfortunately, the staff... acted that way as well. No smiles or friendliness to be had. Our server was proficient, but that is about all I can say. Thefood was okay. Not bad, but not great. At least it didn't take long to cook. I wouldn't come back here if I were in town basedon the attitude of the staff. Read more
