So I placed my order at 3:20 to be picked up at 4:30. Half with onions and mushrooms. My husband goes picks up my pizza brings... it home. No onions or mushrooms. I called back and asked for a new pizza. I loaded my pizza back up ( with the flimsy cardboard)to drive it back to the store. They have a cup of mushrooms and a cup of onions. Waiting. Petty of me to be mad. NO this was the4 th time something like this happened at the Helena location. It takes more of my time and money to drive back to get my pizzathe way I wan?t it then if I ordered it cooked and delivered from somewhere else. Read more

First let me qualify this?I do not understand this concept. Why would I want to pick up food that is meant as a convenience and... have to cook it at home? It isn?t like it is a quick cook either. That said?I think those who want a fresh made pizza anddon?t mind waiting another 30 minutes to cook it at home will enjoy the pizza from this place. I found the pizza to be good,not great. For me, the inconvenience of the entire concept for good pizza doesn?t justify the inconvenience. Personally I don?tfind the quality of this pizza that far better than little Caesar?s.
