Loyd the possible bartender? Or the dude with no attitude or care in the world waited on us and If the whole bar (7) of us... didn't ask for another beverage or refill we would been real thirsty.. Janet I believe the dark haired waitress came overcovered him for break and was an absolute great attitude, and personality difference.. all these employees and what? walkcircles and stare at potentialy rolling silverware?? Applebee?s employee rude to delivery driver doesn?t matter if employee is new or old should never act that way to anybody saying... that they need their phone to pick up an order when you don?t need a phone to pick any order. Really no one should ever act likethat that. It is very disrespectful and unprofessional to make a delivery driver go back up to their vehicle to get their phoneout of their vehicle to pick up an order what if the phone was on the charger at a certain percent and cannot take their phonein unless they if I will die and it will cancel the order so who wants that for a restaurant to have a new employee say that toa delivery driver. I was honestly pretty disappointed. The chips and salsa looked great but really just weren't good at all. The French onion soup... was an eh. It was not hot, the bread had soaked up the majority of the liquid which kinda ruins the whole soup aspect, thecheese was too thick, but it had a good flavor. I got riblets, but I can't judge to harshly on those I guess... I didn't eatvery much of it... However, I did LOVE the broccoli, but I'm biased on that account. The Mac and cheese was fine. As for theservice, well it wasn't the best. Our waitress was polite and all, but she wasn't very attentive. There were only six customersin the whole restaurant, including the two of us, but she still spent almost the whole time in the back and rarely came to checkon us, even though she had said that she would be right back to check if we needed anything. Ate here on my birthday. Had the Whiskey Bacon Burger and the new Impossible Quesadilla Burger (plant based burger). Both were... excellent! You can get any of their burgers as an Impossible burger. Got a free desert for my birthday. Had the Sizzlin'Butter Pecan Blondie - WOW! Read more
I went to dinner with my mom and my niece who is young and we sat outside. The waitress was a friend of my moms and we had a... really good time. The manager brought us out our appetizers and asked how we were doing and he seemed to really care. Be forewarned though: do not order a blackberry daiquiri: I was literally spitting seeds and it was really hard to drink. As we wereclosing out our bill, the waitress took off the daiquiri because she noticed I was having a hard time drinking it. That's wasvery nice of her and very good customer service. Read more
