The Whopper with cheese has been my favorite burger for decades. I've had a dozen of them at this location. Never had a hot... fresh one. Always cold and nasty. What they gave me yesterday was not even a Whopper. Wrong sandwich altogether, and of course,cold. I believe it was sitting for at least an hour. Disgusting. I'm done. Read more
My daughter and I went first to the WalMart location and found it closed. We then went across town to the Euclid location: the... service was horrendous and the wait for the food was at least 20 minutes (fast food?) and was decidedly subpar when we finallygot it. And we were almost the only people in there! Needless too say, we will not be returninb to ANY BK in the future. Read more
The three times my kids have asked to go here since they opened have been terrible! Messed up order, cold stale food (even the... buns), every soda flavor out, and a laundry list of ?sorry we were out of that? after I paid and was waiting?then no refund. This is the worst Burger King location that I have been to, the employees are very slow. My friend and I had waited almost an... entire hour in the parking lot waiting for food. I would highly recommend going to the other location located right next to theWalmart here in Helena, they are much faster and don't mess up every single order like the other location does. Read more
We sat in the hot sun for more 20 minutes for 1 burger, 2 mozzarella sticks, 1 chicken fries, and 2 cokes. They brought no... drinks or chicken fries. This after we were told to wait out front. So much for fast food. Read more
Lobby closed on a Saturday... One drive thru lane closed with an employees car being used to block it, due to staffing. We... went to Wendy's nearby, they have tons of employees in there.... Maybe bk should either pay better or treat their employeesbetter. Read more
Nice and clean. However, there were no other customers and they couldn?t get it right. Only two of us. Drink orders were wrong.... My fish sandwich was very dry. I went in for Tartar Sauce and they didn?t have it in packets so gave me some In a cup but withno way to spread it. Sigh. Read more
