The plates were so bleached that the chlorine leached through the paper and made the food taste like scented soap and chlorine.... They were apologetic, but all three of our sandwiches had this situation. Got one free sandwich coupon for $40 of uneatablesandwiches. Read more

Cheese sandwiches doesn't really do justice to describe what Cheddar's does. I had a Reuben, which I thought would be a good... test. If the Reuben's not good, then nothing's good. But they nailed it! The rest of the family ordered the Gold Digger, TheDowntown, The Chipotle Wrap, and The Gremolata Salad. That last one is quite unique and zesty. (I had a bite.) It takes alittle longer than most places for the order to come out. But for food like this, I'd wait all day. Read more
Stumbled upon this place on our trip to Helena. I got the bacon grilled cheese. Delicious, the tomato soup you get is so good... too I just wish the portion was bigger. The only thing I'd change are the chips, kettle chips would be better than Lays, butthat's just me. Will be coming back! Read more
This is one of the best sandwich spots in Helena. The Goldrush Sandwich is amazing. Mac and cheese in a grilled cheese? So... simple, yet so genius and delicious. The tomato basil soup is amazing. Perfect soup to dip your sammie in for an extra kick ofexcellence to your taste buds. The staff is super friendly. They always get the order right. Tired of your old boring packedlunch? We didn't want to have the "I should've got that" regrets so my husband and I split a steak & mushroom swiss melt and the... understandably popular Gold Rush.
