The three people that waited on us were great. If waitors we're like that all the time I would go there a lot. They were all... very respectful to us.The young man's name started with a D,then one of the women were Faith and I remember her name because theperson I was with name was the same. I think that the other woman's name was Angie or Kelly. They helped us with my 18 month oldgreat niece and also waited on others and did check on other things that they needed to check on. I ended up walking out, after being ignored by employees and a manager. As other reviewers have stated, this Chili's is... completely mismanaged. I truly do not understand why corporate allows for this to continue. In addition, to add insult toinjury, I was asked by employees as I walked out after waiting a substantial amount of time, if I wanted a job. Are you kiddingme? Food is usually good but today we were seated and I heard the hostess say you have a table in the corner. No one came up to us... and then 10 mins later another group came in and sat themselves in the bar and they were waited on immediately. The serverlooked at us after taking their order and said have you been helped? Went to pay and my bill was 14.29. Gave the waitress a 20.00 bill. She took it and simply walked away. My Friend did the exact... same thing. Waitress brought back 7.00 and handed it to me and stated they didn't carry any change . Technically stole .71 centsfrom each of us. I was stunned. If this is Company policy why wasn't it on the door or the menu. Why didn't the waitress tell mewhen I handed her the 20.00, I would have paid with a credit card. My friend and I had dinner there yesterday. And when we paid in cash we were informed by the waitress that you do not deal in... change so we both did not get 71cents change. We always split the bill so we both had 71 cents change due. First if this ishow you do business, then everything on your menu should be even dollars. Secondly she did not even inform us of this policyeven when we had cash out to pay. Is this your way of forcing customers to use a debit or credit card? Or is this how you payfor the 'free' drinks. Just charge me the 2 or 3 dollars for pop. Don't rip me off. My friend said she will just use a debitor credit card now. I just will not go back. I work too hard for my money to get ripped off. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our visit to this restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly, after the waitresses argued about... who's table we should be put at. The table was sticky, there was food smashed into the floor under our table, the restrooms werenot stocked dirty and dimly lit. We waited 1.5 hrs for half of our food to be brought to us with 3 small children, after 4tables were served before us that came in after us. The rest of the food was delivered 15 min later. The only good thing I cansay about the food was that it was hot. Waitresses were sparse, not attentive, and hostile toward each other. I'd recommendchoosing another place to eat. Read more
Seemed like the staff were all found at a temp agency and had never worked together. One server for tables also doing bartender... duties, one bartender serving bar. There was no flow to the people at all. Food was ok after sent back (wrong steak). Streetcorn was great!! Read more
Great place to eat at in the area. I would recommend checking it out. You won't be disappointed.
