If Blu offered a meat substitute this place would be perfect. A lot of Taco joints don't realize they are the go-to for... vegetarians. Taco Bell is all about vegetarians and vegans and always has been. That's a part of the secret to their success.Traditionally though this has always been a great food for vegetarians.
