This is the second time in two weeks that they had basically no food. I ordered online 2 weeks ago and due to gluten... sensitivities I ordered Kung Pao chicken and mushroom chicken with fried rice and greens. This is at 630. They had nothingthat I ordered. My son went to pick up the order and they basically told they had nothing I ordered and the only thing they hadwas Orange Chicken and Walnut shrimp non of which I can have. My son told them that and they basically told him oh well. He hadto demand they give him a gift card or give my money back. Tonight I went to redeem my gift card plus my son ordered my husbandsome food at the restaurant around 5pm. They had no chow mein, no greens, no mushroom chicken or Orange chicken. My husband gotTeriyaki chicken and it had no teriyaki sauce, the chicken was burnt and he only got 2 pieces. Our Kung Pao chicken wasbasically the hot peppers along with veggies and about 2 small pieces of chicken. We used to like this place but we now will nolonger go here. Read more
Most of the bowls were darn near empty. They were trying to catch up. There were no tables cleaned after previous customers... ate and left. Garbage was overflowing. I didn't even bother seeing the bathroom. Read more

Usually the food is good but not today. Hardly any chicken, noodles were different and gross and why did they start putting... teriyaki sauce in packets, it tastes weird. Hopefully next time will be better. Read more
They are so efficient and fast. Employees hustle and are super enthusiastic and nice. However there is HUGE demand, and that... means that you'll still end up waiting a long time to get your food. I don't fault the employees or systems for this, it's justhow it is. So with that in mind, my suggestion is to go outside of the lunch/dinner rush. Additionally, don't go near closingbecause many entree types were out and they weren't making any more (I suppose this was a management decision to knowingly runout and not replenish, in an attempt to save money on food waste, but as a customer I am always very disappointed when it's anhour before closing and multiple entrees are unavailable.) Teriyaki chicken is my fav entree. And beef with broccoli is a closesecond. Read more
Worst customer service I've seen in a while panda is very good most the time but after ordering in the drive thru waiting 15 min... going in to check on my food. I was ignored for 5 more minutes. Told I had to wait for orange chicken 35 min. Two young ads kidscooking. Busy as hell two girls sitting on there phones. No manager present. This place needs some real cooks and young undertrained staffs left high and dry to suffer. It's only wed. Read more
Went in to order food to go and it was very difficult understanding people because all the employees in there were wearing a... face diaper.. If you don?t mind that. It?s very hard for people that read lips. The food was actually good but I didn?t likethe indoor experience. I guess I would still recommend it but I wouldn?t go back indoors. I WOULD RECOMMEND.
