Just ordered and picked up their special Pepperoni Pizza with Pizza in the crust. My first Papa John's experience. There was... exactly 1 piece of pepperoni on the entire pie. The crust was good, but jeez......there were about 100 less pieces of pepperonion the pepperoni pizza than the advertisements. So, this was my first - and now last - trip to Papa John's. The only pro I can think for this place is that their deals are more reasonable than other pizza chains. However, no matter the... affordability, it isnt worth it when your local store always gives you either burnt pizza or diarrhea. Last night we got burntpizza for the who-knows-how-many-nth time, and this morning I'm writing this review on the toilet as I sit here for the thirdtime this morning...and I've only been awake for an hour. I ordered contactless delivery last night?they pull up and knock on my door to Hand me my pizza! Open the box, the crust is thin... as paper and the the pizza stays in the box and only the crust comes out when I take a piece out! It?s soggy AF! I call thestore?I get put on hold?this morning too! Ordered and followed the tracker. Said pizza was delivered and yet...no pizza. We tried to call, and were listening to the... ringing for 45 minutes straight. We tried multiple calls/cell phones to be sure it wasn't our connection. Honestly, this placeis a joke. While I was "on hold" trying to figure out why my pizza wasn't here yet we called Dominoes and had that delivered. Asin, my roommate ordered pizza on her phone, they confirmed, arrived, and handed her the pizza while I was still on hold. I wouldreally recommend you not waste your time with this establishment. However, if you choose to try your luck, pay cash upondelivery. That way when they don't show up youre only out the time you wasted rather than time and money. Read more
