This is our go to grocery store. We've never been disappointed with the produce here.
Been going to Safeway since the early 70s. The old checkers and staff were so good. The newer ones are there for their... paycheck. Guy tried to break a speed record for scanning my groceries, slammed them into bags - I'm happy he could lift themeasily because I had a hard time. Left them at the end of the checkout line so I had to put them back in the cart myself (nocarry out, I guess). Meanwhile, the next guy in line's groceries were crowding mine out. I told the checker that customerservice had gone to hell, but he did not respond. Think I'll stick to the smaller Albertson's. They have good front-end staffeven though they don't have the selection. Really one of the nicest grocery stores in Helena. That being said the prices are a little higher. They do have sushi though... year-round! Read more
If there was a way to give a -stars I would, They have to many employees that are rude and not completely trained and because of... that people that receive the Humana Food card are over charged and its because the employees are not fully trained on how to usethe card and its a royal pain,,, Read more
