The service here is terrible. After 2 visits in 1 week, I will not return. I go to Starbucks for the pumpkin bread. The first... time I was told they shut the oven down at 6pm. Hours are posted closing time is 7pm. The second time at 5:00pm the oven wasshut down and the gal said she was closing early. Also very rude. Read more
I?ve been to this Starbucks three times while visiting Helena, each experience I?ve had was terrible. The girls working here... were very rude each time and each time I was here they incorrectly made my drink. After pointing out the mistake the response Igot today was just ?oh? never once did she apologize and offer to remake my drink. Extremely rude and careless acting. After thethird time of having a terrible experience here I thought I should warn others. I believe the manager needs to train the peoplewho work at their Starbucks to have proper manners and people skills. If I could sum it up I would call the employees who Iencountered rude, lazy, careless, mean and very slow moving. Read more
