My husband and I stopped here on our way out of town because they were the only coffee shop open at 5am on the weekends. We got... there at 5:15, waited in the drive through for a few minutes but didn't hear from anyone so we just decided to go inside becausewe figured nobody noticed we were there. There were to women working inside and there was a sign on the front door specificallysaying they opened at 5am. We tried to open the door but it was locked. One of the women finally looked up and just threw herhands up in the air at us. Horrible customer service. We can tell they must have just ignored us when we went through the drivethrough. I would have been fine if they had at least told us over the speaker or came to the door to tell us there were runninglate, but the response we got was very unprofessional. We drove to a different Starbucks on Vandelay Ave and had great servicethere. Read more
Always running out of basic supplies multiple times a week. Please triple order the oat milk supply obviously it's well loved.

Came to get some work done between client visits, and it?s 10:15 on a Thursday. Both drive thru and lobby were closed. Walked in... and there were maybe 4 patrons inside a spacious multi room location. Ordered and one of the baristas said you?ll need to leave,you can?t stay. When I questioned it she said, ?didn?t you see the sign on the door that said LOBBY CLOSED? while other peoplewere coming in. Said they were closing down the lobby bc everything was ?crazy?? There were at least 4-5 employees behind thecounter. Will NEVER be back? ???????????? and someone should teach whoever I talked to about customer service? Read more
Friendly staff and fast service but the coffee was not great. I order the same drink at every Starbucks, so I know how it should... look and taste. This is definitely lacking the extra shot I ordered. The color is too light and all I taste it milk. There isalso barely any carmel added. Disappointed in this location. When you pay this amount of money for a drink, you expect to yetwhat you ordered. Read more
Great place to drink a high quality coffee. They had specialty coffee at this time of the year. I am always a fan of Starbucks... coffee and this shop doesn't dissapoint. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can enjoy your coffee while using thewifi. Cool place. Read more
