Sorely disappointed. Spent $20 on my meal only for my sandwich to be wrong. (Only 4 ingredients besides the meat so not sure how... that happened.) Decided to try what I had anyway since I?m not crazy picky (just don?t like onions), and it was the driestsandwich ever. No Mayo/sauce of any kind (I ordered Mayo). All the veggies tasted like they had been rolling around withonions. Had to pick off the veg and just had Turkey/bacon on bread. They even forgot the cheese! Awful. Won?t go back for asandwich if you paid me. I did eat chicken/dumpling soup which was good, albeit salty. Sad because all of my friends raveabout Steffanos and I have never had a great experience! Step back in time and enjoy a delicious sub sandwich, pizza roll or a salad. I recommend the cheese steak sandwich. The folks at... Steffano's are friendly and the atmosphere is laid back. The memorabilia that decorates the walls transports you back to thedays when things were simpler. Great lunch spot! Read more

Best sandwich place in town, hands down. Great selection, fresh ingredients, and best tasting by far.

The food is good when made correctly, however it?s very rarely ever correct. Which is frustrating given how expensive they are.... The kids that work there normally goof off and don?t care about customers. I stood there for half an hour waiting for my foodbecause they ?forgot to bring it to me? while 4 people behind me got served. Every order I?ve ordered (usually just 1 wholesandwich) was wrong the last 4 times I?ve gone in. I?m usually pretty understanding that mistakes happen and that therestaurant business has been struggling. I work in the food business myself, but this is a little ridiculous when you pay morethan $20 for a sandwich just to find out it?s not what you asked for ? every single time. I really don?t think I?ll be comingback, and I definitely will never recommend that anyone come here. It seems if they have to make more than half a sandwich at atime they can?t handle it. My first and only experience with Steffano's was last week. I ordered 2 of thier 3 foot party subs. What I really appreciated... was the fact that they were able to do all of the toppings on the side to keep the bread from getting too soggy. The bread andmeats were fresh and tasty. They only asked for a 24 hr notice which was reasonable and you also get a $10 deposit back when youreturn the cutting board that they give you the bread on. I got this for a presentation I had and everyone loved the grub.Definitely coming back and maybe more tomatoes next time! Read more

Have always had great service and awesome food, until today...I ordered 2 subs, a deb melt with mayo,lettuce, and onion and a... beef BBQ. Get home and the beef BBQ is correct but the deb melt is a ham and cheese, that's it, sub roll, ham, and cheese...nomayo, no lettuce, no onion. One would think, if you raise the prices, you could at least get the sub you ordered. May be a whilebefore I come back. Read more
