I don?t normally leave reviews mainly because I don?t care enough to leave reviews but dang Taco Bell you are really dropping... the ball. The one thing I want is Taco Bell breakfast.. simple right? So this morning I decided I was gonna go get an AM crunchwrap at 8:30 am, went and the cones were up, so my husband calls and the person on the phone says they don?t open till 10.. okayfine that?s okay we?ll come back then, we come back at 10:10 get in the drive though I go to order and the lady says ?we?re onlyserving lunch now? well I didn?t want lunch I WANTED BREAKFAST! So I ended up getting stuck in the drive though because someonepulled in behind me? not only did y?all waste my time once but you wasted it again. Is this a normal thing? If you can?t be openand serving breakfast then why tf do you offer it. So for anyone who wants Taco Bell breakfast in Helena Montana you?re SOL.Just not sure why they?d build another Taco Bell when they can?t even staff the first one, let alone be open when they aresupposed to. This is getting SO ridiculous. And I will be calling corporate to let them know that the staff I guess decide thetimes they are open and not open. Read more

Gave the new location a try because we were rolling into town late after a long day of driving. Waited in line for 30 minutes.... Got to the window and waited another 20 for our order. Food was cold and soggy when we got it, pieces of chicken were stillfrozen. 4 of the 5 employees were just standing around chatting. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Read more
tables were horribly dirty. it looked like somebody cut there hair in the table and left it. workers stood around with hands in... there pockets and never cared to help a single person. I am in Helena for work, and I usually try to eat local while traveling? but one day we were just too tired and said whatever we... will eat at this Taco Bell. THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL ANY OF US HAVE EVER HAD! The orders are flawlessly executed, theemployees are so friendly, and the managers run a tight ship. This is the third time I have had an awful experience with this store. This time was the worst by far. Our cashier was very... awkward and unprofessional. He messed up the order many times. We then waited for 15 minutes to get our food. When we got it, itwas just thrown in the bag and made with very little product. This is completely unbelievable! Read more
Surprised to find the lobby open. Walked in to find the lobby clean and modern music playing overhead. Manager, Terry took our... order even though a sign at the counter suggested using the kiosk. That added a nice personal touch. After taking our order hewent back to cleaning and engaged in small talk about the store, where he came from and the elusive quality employees in thefast food industry. This young man is a hard worker and did a good job handling a discrepancy with a different order. Our foodwas delish as you'd expect, worth the visit to this store. Hoping the lobby can stay open.
