Nothing beats a good Wendy?s burger and the service is fast BUT every time I have gone through the drive through they forget one... of my items. My mistake for not digging through the bag to make sure it?s there but needs to improve in this area. Read more

I'm always impressed with this restaurant. The staff in the mornings are a hoot and no matter the time of day I get immediate... and excellent service. Great teamwork and attitudes with good food and service are definitely a winning combination at thisWendy's. *****???????? Read more

Hit or miss. Literally the only decent fast food place in Helena. The day shift has their s**t together. Frosty machine isn't... ever broken, fries are fresh, orders are made correctly, lines move swiftly even during lunch rush and other busy times we rollthrough. Night shift - and I'm not joking nor exaggerating - gave us a bag of food that wasn't ours, realized it, and then said"give us a good review!" after telling us to keep it. The free food/incorrect order was so tough, we cleaned off the meat andthrew it to the dog. Our food we did order, we didn't even receive correctly. When they gave us the food, there was like 4people crammed in the cashier window just laughing, playing on their phone, while the line was packed all the way around thestore to the street. A more recent instance being less than a week ago, night shift - with yet again a line leading around thebuilding to the street - operated very slowly with staff you'd see coming in and out of the building. Something must havehappened, so I won't judge, but the urgency to get the line moving was close to gone. We timed it; folks were sitting at the boxfor 15 minutes before hearing "Thank you for choosing Wendy's." When we finally got our order, while it was correct, folks whoate the chicken complained about it "tasting like dirt" and to being "too tough to chew" and the next day had woken up with foodpoisoning. In conclusion, if you're going to eat here, do it during the day. You will have absolutely zero problems with theday shift. (The 4 star rating is because of the day shift.) As soon as night shift rolls in, expect long waits, unprofessionalbehavior, incorrect orders, and (potentially) food poisoning. Read more

I don't normally review fast food and don't usually disclose dates, but the crew on 8/30/2022 at 9am deserves a shoutout. I... needed a snack and had been meaning to try the new Wendy's breakfast items. I hit the drive thru here and ordered a chickenbiscuit sandwich. The order taker was super nice. There was one car in front of me that moved quickly. I had my food almostinstantly upon paying. The staff were super nice, incredibly quick, and made a good sandwich. Fast food has gotten so slow mostplaces it was a shock to get good fast service. Read more

Normally I like Wendy's all around. Good service, people and food but the last few times, our orders have been wrong, and very... sloppy. I didn't even know that Wendy's served breakfast but when I want a croissant or a biscuit, I do not expect to gethamburger buns?? It was horrible. I ate it anyhow but nobody wants a egg sausage and cheese hamburger bun sandwich. Read more

The staff were nice, so that's why there's even 2 stars, but man was this a bad experience otherwise. They were slammed, so I... was expecting a bit of a wait. I walked in and there was no line but I waited at least 5 minutes to get to place my order. ThenI waited almost exactly a half hour after I ordered before it was ready. This next part may be on me for not double checkingthe order after that fiasco, but when I got back to the hotel room I find out that the baked potato with sour cream and chivesdidn't have any sour cream, or even butter. Just potato and chives. I would've gone back, but they locked the doors while I wasstill waiting on my order placed at 19:34, and they had to unlock them to let me out. I guess they close to walk in customers at20:00. Also, I don't know if this is a Montana thing, but there was not a hair net in site. Some staff were wearing hats orvisors but that didn't keep their long hair back. Thankfully everyone I saw was wearing gloves at least. Read more
