Rude customer service, stale donuts not even made on premise. Supposedly shipped in daily. Don't waste your money.
This has to be by far the worst Dunkin' donuts I have ever been to. Their prices are outrageous, their staff is super slow. I... don't know how this particular Dunkin' donuts is still in business. I think everybody should do their best to try to get thisplace closed down we're under New Management. It's a shame! Read more
This is the SLOWEST Dunkin Donuts EVER. I?ve been here multiple times. I come back with the thought, maybe their just having a... day. But it?s been every time. No sense of urgency. I think the two times I?ve used the drive THRU for a cup of coffee I waswaiting 20 minutes. They have adequate amount of staff but I just think they come to work at their own pace and leisure and notthe demands of the customers. If only I could leave negative stars. This Dunkin is terrible, the customer service the quality, just everything is horrible!... The employees are so rude! They gave me the wrong order of donuts for my kids as well as gave me a drink that was half full, butI didn?t realize until I got into the car because the phone had settled by then and when I went back to ask them to make a newone and show them that it was only half full, the two girls looked at each other and laughed and said no it definitely wasn?t,in a rude tone. Then they just walked away while I sat in the drive-through So now I am stuck with the wrong house fool drinkand the wrong donuts for my kids. I couldn?t believe how terribly ignorant they were! This place is hands down thee worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to! I live right down the street and it?s the only one near... us, literally every time I go through the drive through I can bank on my order being wrong! Food is good ... but the service is the WORST I have ever experienced.... consistently.... almost every time i visit. ?ever... less than 20 minutes in the drive thru.... and dare to say anything and get a snarky remark in return. Read more
