Food is good. Never had anything I didn’t like. Staff is friendly.
This place is by far the worst customer services I have ever experienced. The lady who works at the counter with the black hair... who said she is the manager has a very bad attitude for being a manger. This place is very unprofessional when I walked in toorder food both girl were sitting on their phone and took a while to attend me at the counter once she attends to me she hasthis nasty attitude and then as I’m leaving she rolls her eyes to me. Pizza is good, but don't show up an hour before closing and expect to sit down to eat. You'll get turned away. Apparently they... don't want to serve anyone an HOUR before they close. Never dealt with anything like that before. Pretty sure making a pizza and4 people eating takes less than 1 hour. Would have been gone before closing. Read more
Not sure what’s going on with this place but customer service and quality is down immensely. I ordered a pie that I often do... and upon getting it home disappointment struck. Completely wrong pie. Ohhhh no, my stomach said. But as hungry as I was I ate aslice and it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good either. So, I called to let them know that there was an error with my orderexpecting great customer service to match what the quality of the food used to be and was disappointed yet again. They offeredno customer service whatsoever and only said thanks for letting us know!!! I asked to speak with a manager and she actuallyrefused to take the call. Now for the record I wasn’t looking for free food, only an authentic show of being customer centric.Had they offered a free pie I would’ve declined. However that would’ve been the difference in this establishment stillhaving my patronage!!!! So, Roma pizza you are now my go to. Adios feasta!!!! Read more
Just had an American Sub delivered. One slice of ham, basically a salad on a bun and utterly tasteless.
I'm visiting from out of town and was really craving chicken Alfredo. It was delivered to my hotel I got no utensils and it was... very bland had no salt to spice it up tried to eat most of it I did happen to bring a spoon with me from home the struggle wasreal but in the end I couldn't eat it. We've had many nice meals here over the years. It's typically quiet and the food is good. They seem to do more take out business... than dine in. The servers are usually pretty friendly, but they can be slow at times and not very attentive. It all depends whoyou get. Read more
Large slices. Piping hot, plenty of cheese. Delicious. Would recommend.
