The employees here completely turned around my day. My dad has been in the hospital with a heart attack and then sepsis, and... he's doing great but it's been a very stressful week. I stopped here on the way to the hospital to visit him and the employeeswere so helpful, sweet, and positively pleasant. They didn't even know why I was there, so it was completely genuine. With all these new workers, drinks don?t ever seem to be made right. I try to give them time to get things right, but when it?s... as simple as extra Carmel drizzle on a frappe, it literally can?t get any easier. Just put the Carmel drizzle on the inside ofthe cup and on the top of the whipped cream. It?s not that hard. When it?s three or four times in a row and I go every other dayor so and they don?t put extra Carmel drizzle when I ask and then double check at the window, it really tends to get mefrustrated. I hate sounding like this and I hate sounding like a prissy princess but I hate to be the one to ask for a simpledrink to be remade when it?s only missing Carmel drizzle. Read more
Such poor service, at least 8 people in the back, only dedicated to working drive through items. Stood there for at least 5... minutes unacknowledged, then was finally told to use the order kiosk. I said forget it and stormed out. Read more

This is probably the best service I've ever gotta from any McDonald's. Employees are always nice, quick, efficient, and I think... I was Maybe missing dipping sauce once. But every time we go, which is more often than I'd like to admit, it's always perfect.And their ice cream machine has never been down when we wanted shakes. Thanks for breaking the cycle ???? This was the most positive experience I can remember at a McDonald's. I was traveling north across the East coast and happened... to stop off here around 9:30/9:45 PM. I wish I had the young man s name that helped me at the first window but I traveled a lotthat day and was exhausted. He was so kind and helpful, above and beyond in my opinion. My nephew really enjoyed the food, andmy shake was delicious. Read more
Poor customer service. I ordered my meal thru the drive through. Got to window and had to pull to a waiting parking spot... because food was not ready. They brought food out. Not my order. Then they brought out my order again and my order was notcorrect. They took it back in. Waited again. Brought back out still not right, I took it back in and 2 more times they messedup my order. I was there for a 1/2 hour. I finally got my order. I am not sure why it is so hard to get a quarter better withketchup only. It seems so simple a bun, a burger and ketchup. That's it. What happened to get your order in a min or itsfree? Back then you actually got what you ordered. Now they have more time and can't get it right. Very unhappy!!! Read more
