The chicken was missing from one of the meals that I bought…a chicken and vegetables order. I called to inform them after... bringing the food home. The man said I could return to get it (half hour round trip). I declined as this was a hugeinconvenience and the rest of the meal would be cold. I bought 4 meals for family members. I asked for credit for the missingchicken instead, he agreed but never put the credit in on my card. He lied to me, we won’t come here again. I see others arementioning the same complaint. This place is AMAZING!! This place serves the BEST General Tao’s chicken combo ever!! I really enjoy everything here and the... workers here are all very friendly! I order from this place almost every week since I can’t really cook. I really recommendthis restaurant to anyone who is reading this. Keep up the good work! Read more

Update 1/22: And the freshness & tasty cooking continues. I've had one or two dishes this year that weren't fabulous, but, in... general, the restaurant has served fresh dishes, fresh vegetables, and food with flavor. Worth extra $1 for extra veggies in adish, too! Yes, we eat general style type dishes- but, let's be real- if a restaurant can't reliably produce these can you counton them for anything else? Have been ordering from here for years to my job since they are the only place that delivers good Chinese food. the food is... great, always good portions but last time I ordered I was missing two orders of shrimp. I called to let them know and get thecredit. When I called to place my order last week they told me my credit has been cashed out, or I have the wrong place. Icalled again today to order and got the same response as last time. Kinda just want my shrimp that I never got in the firstplace but nobody is seeming to help. Read more
