Love the ice cream better than cold stone and service is pretty good.
Racist old man in staff! Probably the owner himself! Rude and absolutely offensive! Baskin robbins should put some sort of... quality control! Had the worst experience today! He made us so uncomfortable! I wish we could remove such horrible folks fromcustomer service! Not sure how he got right to talk to people rudely and he was absolutely unethical he didn?t even give us onefull scoop and gave us small scoops that is not what we paid for! Not going to this location again! Usually the teenage staff atthis location is amazing but it seems like the young girl working with him was also traumatized by him! Read more
This is one of my favorite places to get ice cream because of the level of service that we get here. Very friendly well run and... clean store. The Ice Cream is always awesome and to their ice cream cakes are Very creative and look so cool. Read more
Servers are nice. But ice cream is too sugary. Only ice cream place that makes me sleepy after eating it.
What happened to Baskin Robbins?! They charge $6.00 for a two scoop sundae that has super small scoops of ice cream. Very... small drizzle of hot fudge. The chopped nuts were not more than a 1/4 teaspoon. And the whipped cream was about 1 tablespoontotal. Not to mention they have teenagers working there and no supervision. Instead of handing me the spoon or putting insidethe cup, she put the spoon on the dirty counter. What the heck? Not going back there again. Such a shame Baskin-Robbins usedto be the best too! This is the CLEANEST Baskin Robbins we have ever visited. The owner was in and very professional and courteous. She made us feel... very welcomed. Not to mention that the ice cream was delicious. They even have Non-Dairy & Vegan Chocolate ice cream!! We willdefinitely come back for another visit soon. Thank you Myrna!! Read more
