The girl working the drive thru tonight must really hate her job. She has a nasty attitude, makes ugly faces and rolls her eyes... behind the window. I told her the drinks had too much ice when I ordered easy ice back at the speaker. She blamed the persontaking the order saying it wasn't her. I didn't need to hear all that. Just correct the issue and keep it moving. Their lack ofcommunication with each other behind the window has nothing to do with me. I just want my food and drinks the way I ordered it.Simple as that. I tried for 15 minutes to make an app order, including my free fries. Everything got added perfectly until time to finalize,... which your app would not do. So, I went to the location to order from drive through. Gave order taker my generated code. OnceBEFORE and once AFTER ordering my free fries for being a perks member. He told me the code ONLY got me the points from paid foritems added to my account. He refused to give me my free fries. This was on Oct. 17th, 9:05pm, San Antonio, Bandera locationwithin Helotes, TX. I?ve been here multiple times and they never get the order correct. It is correct on the receipt, but what is in the bag is... wrong. Tonight I ordered a sandwich with no lettuce.
