I?ve been here multiple times and they never get the order correct. It is correct on the receipt, but what is in the bag is... wrong. Tonight I ordered a sandwich with no lettuce. I got home and it had lettuce. What makes it worse, is the lettuce wasbrown, wilted, and slimy. If you try to call they never answer the phone. I complained to Burger King Corp and they offered $5if I would sign up for their App. Read more

Walking in I liked that the restaurant was big and clean. Unfortunately that was the highlight. The cashier made me feel like I... was bothering her. My order was wrong. The ketchup dispenser was broken and my drink was all carbonated water. I will not goback again. Read more

The girl working the drive thru tonight must really hate her job. She has a nasty attitude, makes ugly faces and rolls her eyes... behind the window. I told her the drinks had too much ice when I ordered easy ice back at the speaker. She blamed the persontaking the order saying it wasn't her. I didn't need to hear all that. Just correct the issue and keep it moving. Their lack ofcommunication with each other behind the window has nothing to do with me. I just want my food and drinks the way I ordered it.Simple as that. It's obvious her nasty attitude has gotten her nowhere in life except working at a Burger King drive thru, andshe looks to be around 30 years old. Sad. Read more

I tried for 15 minutes to make an app order, including my free fries. Everything got added perfectly until time to finalize,... which your app would not do. So, I went to the location to order from drive through. Gave order taker my generated code. OnceBEFORE and once AFTER ordering my free fries for being a perks member. He told me the code ONLY got me the points from paid foritems added to my account. He refused to give me my free fries. This was on Oct. 17th, 9:05pm, San Antonio, Bandera locationwithin Helotes, TX. I ended up leaving and going to Jack in the Box, where they are trained to give this loyalty members thedeals that are advertised! Read more

I never rate fast food joints because they're fast food and things will never be perfect. However this Burger King is relatively... new and because of that it's the only one I ever go to which is maybe once every 4 to 6 months. Yesterday (Sunday August 7th2022) I went in and it looked like there was 3 employees, no customers in the dine in area besides myself so I went up to thecounter and waited for someone to take my order, at one point each employee saw me and made eye contact without saying a singleword. They were busy with the drive through orders so I stayed quite and patently waited, after 15 minutes no one even cared tosay 1 word to me while they clearly saw me standing there. No fuss was made but wow! I just wanted a chicken sandwich and sincechick fil a was closed due to it being a Sunday I was gonna give BK a shot, bad idea I guess. I've been to this BK before andgenerally things are fine and no complaints, but this really bothered me. Read more

We had avoided this place over the past years due to a couple bad experiences. Recently we have started returning and it has... been amazing. Food is always great and looks like they might actually be used in the commercial. Who ever is now running thatplace should recognized for the quality and turn around! Read more

When this location opened it was one of the best Burger King operations I'd ever visited. It stayed that way for a year or two... then it slowly went down hill. Recently, we placed an order through the app and picked it up in the drive through. The orderwas missing one burger and one fry which we did not realize until getting home so I had to drive back to the location. Theperson from the back that was making food (possibly a manager) was very nice and made the missing product quickly. While Iappreciate his diligence in getting the food made, there was no since of concern from any of the employees, an apology goes along way. Employees need to apologize (genuinely) then fix the problem. It is frustrating to have to return to a restaurant toget food that should have been included in the order in the first place. To add insult to injury, by the time I returned home,my meal was cold. In addition to having to go pick up missing food, the entire order was overall disappointing, all the foodwas lukewarm to the point that the cheese on the burgers was not melted. The whoppers were hastily assembled with globs ofsauce in the middle of the burger and veggies falling off when opened, one even had a piece of the lettuce core or a very thickpiece of lettuce in it. We used to go to this location quite often though stopped because our last experience was terrible. That order was a few months ago, it was an order placed through the app for delivery. The order was placed at 8:27pm and thedelivery driver changed several times until the order was just cancelled at 9:49pm. I called the restaurant and an employeetold me the order was large (only $50) and they "freaked out" because they were about to close and didn't know what to do. Itis understandable with the labor market the way it is that staffing is short and maybe not the best talent however on the visityesterday, there were at least five employees working and two of them seemed to be pretty seasoned.
