So i was at dunkin abt a week ago and this very lazy and unadequate worker. It took over 5 minutes for her to assemble my drink.... THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. I could have walked behind the counter and made it faster then her. I belive her name startedwith an m maybe mallory . SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED I REPEAT. Guy in the drive through sounded like he needed some coffee as well. When I was receiving both drinks, I asked why there was... about 1/2" of unfilled coffee in both cups, he said it's because of the ice and asked if I wanted more ice. I told him I wantedmore coffee. So he put more ice in it. I kind of felt ripped off for how much we all pay for a regular cup of iced coffee. Read more

This past week I have driven through the drive thru, 3 times, only to be told they don't have my favorite donuts or they just... give me whatever donuts they pick, or what the Manager who took my order picked. The Manager at the Helotes Store appears to notunderstand that the donut choice should be the customers. This morning I woke up early to order my favorite donuts just to betold by the manager they were sold out, and he said he had donuts with sprinkles. I said, No Thank You and drove on, but becausethe drive thru is narrow I had to wait for the woman at the window, who was visibly upset about her order being wrong,evidently the Manager put in his favorite donuts in her order, sprinkled donuts. After she left the employee,Dylan, told methey did have the donuts I wanted and if I parked he would bring them out to me. Dylan was respectful, responsible and Gave GOODCUSTOMER SERVICE, he should get a raise and make him Manager! I have worked in Fast Food in the past and I understand the stressof beating the WAIT TIME CLOCK but I have never seen a manager forgo customer service for the sake of profit. I had never had coffee from DD and decided to stop for a hot caramel coffee in the morning. The taste was terrible. There was no... caramel flavoring and it was full of coffee grounds. It was really disgusting. I ended up throwing it out and making myself someat home. Read more

Every time I come here in the past couple weeks I run into an issue every time with my order. Either they don't charge correctly... or they make it wrong. It been my past 6-8 orders. Im not sure what is happening but quality control and order accuracy is ahuge issue at this location as of lately. Please explore the issue. I like Dunkin but I appreciate the accuracy of my order andmy time when I have to turn around and go back to have it corrected. Thank you. Read more

Never have I ever been some where and turned away. I have always gotten my lattes from Starbucks. I thought maybe I could change... my routine for dunkin but this is the 3rd time w a bad experience. Their Donuts are always dry and this time around I amwaiting 10mins at the drive thru. I confronted the girl at the speaker, telling her yes I'm ready, I'm the only one here all thecars are gone. I was a bit upset because it was a long wait. Never did she apologize for waiting she just started arguing. Itold her ma' am fine it's in the past. She proceeded w the coffee order and I asked if it did come w expresso. She said no, Itold her last time I ordered the guy said it came w it when I tried ordering it separately. She said that's the latte. I wasgoing to tell her but I always order the mocha latte but I didn't want to argue because I could see where this was going. So Iordered the latte and said I'm just confirming this comes w expresso correct, she laughed sarcastically and said ma'am you askedif it came w expresso I told you....and I said ok but I didn't ask all that I just asked confirming this does come w expresso,yes or no. She said you can leave. I said excuse me, she said you can leave. I said for confirming my order and not wanting toargue w you so you get mad not having it your way and tell me to leave. And she said byyyyye. Really rude and sarcastic childishvoice. I asked for management n she said she was management. Now I'm nor sure who they're hiring for managing a store. I knowthere's desperate hiring out there for employment but this is the worst store ever!! I'm an HR Director / Accounting and this isnot how you behave. Definitely needs training or a reality check! Dont worry dear you will get yours, it always comesback????grow up and hopefully you learn how to be a real manager not just feel o er powering because of a title you need waymore knowledge! Tried going here a week ago, but I believe there was an issue with either the place not being opened or just that the drive thru... wasn?t working. Thank you for making me realize that it?s faster and cheaper just to make my coffee at home. Read more
