Fast service, drive thru was on point. Food was fresh. One of the best KFC'S around.
The meat of the chicken was good but the breading was soggy and falling off the chicken. Sides were good. Service was poor.... Cashier was not really rude but was not happy to be there. Just assumed it was to go even though we were dining in so we got thefood all packed to go. Had to remind them that we ordered drinks so that they would give us cups. Think I'll visit a differentlocation in the future. Read more
Sorry service. My fiend wanted a chicken sandwich 45 minutes before closing they said kitchen is closed. That will be the last... time i goto KFC. I can goto Popeyes 10 minutes til close and they will make it for me. KFC needs to be put out of bussiness. Read more
The service was eh the speed was excellent but I was super excited about the mash potatoes and gravy and got no gravy ruined the... whole experience for me. I like that they added the cookie in the box meal the biscuit was dry and to me the chicken was overspiced. 1 star is for speed and the second star is for price and third star is for the cookie ???? My visit started out with a rude individual at the drive-thru, rushing me to place my order despite there being no one else in... the drive-thru. Come to find out that rude person was JOSE GUTIERREZ, the MANAGER of the establishment of all people. My orderconsisted of a family meal and a pot pie meal which made it over a $50 order. I received my one drink first which was supposedto be a Dr pepper with no ice, as I ordered it. It had ice in it so I kindly asked for one with no ice and they handed me adrink back with more ice than before, the majority of the cup was filled with ice and the rest of the way with watered downsoda. Then when I checked the food, the gravy for my mash was literally spilling out in the bag where the pot pie was and thecookie that was supposed to come with the pot pie was nowhere to be found. I called the establishment to tell them about theentire situation and the MANAGER JOSE GUTIERREZ insisted that I visited the wrong location, because "they hadn't received anyorders with a drink in a while." but I had literally just picked up my food 15 minutes earlier. I approached the situationkindly and wasn't looking to be told I was a liar. I hope this establishment figures out a much better way to commit toproviding actual good customer service because what happened to my family and I today was unacceptable. We went inside to order because it has been a long time since we have eaten KFC and wanted time to look at the menu. The... employees responded that they would be right with us when we walked in and were not pushy when we took a while took look at themenu. I ordered the chicken tender box that came with fries, cole slaw and a biscuit. It was delicious! My mom had their newchicken sandwich and said it was really good. I like their new fries better than the potato wedges they use to serve. I alsoreally liked their honey mustard sauce ( I am picky about my honey mustard sauce). Food and service was great! Read more
Very disappointing! Went in to buy wings only to get home to have them sitting in grease and burned shavings...presentation is... important. Read more
Got take out, server was friendly and helped me put togeather what I wanted the most cost effective way, food was hot and fresh.
